Hi, I was wondering if the guy who parks his truck and trailor in front of the fence (east of the track) will again be blocking the prime seating for those of us who are diabled? Every year he is there and I am unable to sit in my chair close to the track. He is obviously able bodied and seems quit selfish to block that area, not to mention his blocking any emergency vehicle access.
