I’m a big fan of shop organization ideas and have spent some real time working on plans for storage in my own shop. One of the big things that I have planned is to have shelf units that are specific to each project, in addition to storage for parts, pieces, and “stuff” in general. Being able to put parts together for a specific project, so you aren’t always searching for what goes where is a huge time savings and also makes it way less likely that you’ll lose parts and hardware you need for a project. There is nothing worse than buying a part for a project and then not being able to find it. Cause buying something twice sucks.
