Visner Engine Development is known for some pretty trick parts, most often whittled from giant chunks of aluminum and coming in the form of trick intake manifolds, cylinder heads, and more. BUT…this new intake they have on display at PRI gave us lumber! Check this out. This is a billet aluminum intake manifold that is machined in just four main pieces for the upper and lower plenum and runners/flanges. A couple of really exciting things to note are the integrated fuel rails and elbows to the injectors. Keep in mind, this one on display is setup for single injectors but there are double elbows available for dual injector intakes. And despite the runners bolting on, they are finished to perfection, just check out our photo from inside!
We don’t know how much one of these suckers cost, because we didn’t have the balls to ask. We figure that if you have to ask them you probably don’t have any business buying one.
One other thing to note, these are not just designed and then machined. Visner has been testing several designs on the dyno to see what makes the best power and these suckers work!

Standing in the middle of traffic with your stained underwear over your head shouting” I’m a traffic light!” and urinating on passing cars is insane.
This however is the most totally awesome piece of aluminum sculpture ever made and is also perfectly functional – now if you don’t mind I’ll go back to my traffic control duties…
Christ, that was a pre-coffee visual I could have done without. Some people have called me brave in the past, but I’m nowhere near brave enough to ask you what you do for fun. As for the manifold – NICE.
*wipes breakfast off of the monitor…*
I picture CHMG as a London businessman who dresses in “bespoke” clothing from Harrods…who goes commando. 🙂
Not really commando, he has underwear on… but on his head.
