Wiring is one of those jobs that most hot rodders and racers say they hate doing. I find it can be rather relaxing when you have the right tools and materials, but I certainly understand the reasoning. If you aren’t into wiring, and you are starting a complete rewire on even the simplest hot rod, there is a lot going on to make the harness fit nicely, work reliably, and stay nice for years to come. And this is why so many folks just leave their factory wiring in place, while constantly adding to it or repairing it, when they should be replacing it completely.
