Ever Wonder What 80 Pounds Of Boost Looks Like Hooked To All-Wheel-Drive? This Eagle Talon Is Wicked!

You’ve heard the phrase “scratchin’ for traction”, right? Ever see a car straight up claw the ever-loving hell out of the tarmac in an effort to get down the 1,320 as quickly as possible? This is Boostin Performance’s “Red Demon” Eagle Talon…and it’s anger is something to behold. Making 1,300 horsepower out of two liters of Mitsubishi four-banger courtesy of more boost than the block should ever be capable of holding, the Talon’s party trick is turning long stretches of asphalt to short blasts with proper application of the long pedal on the right. Can you say 7.56@201 MPH with all four tires doing their best to grab the surface of the track? That, folks, is the fastest Diamond Star Motors product run ever! And it’s going to be a while before they get a chance to better the soft-launching trials that netted them that pass…Not only does the Red Demon shatter records with ease, the engine internals go down just as hard!

  1. Stickman

Does anyone know what ratios they run for front and rear split? As in, 60% drive to the rear and 40% to the front. Or is there more drive ratio in the front.
