The old truck…the stories it could tell. From the day it was brought home, to all of the work that it put in to earn it’s keep, to the day when the wear and tear got to be too much to handle and it went out to the field to rust in peace. That’s pretty much been the story for pickups for a long time…but that doesn’t mean the old girl doesn’t have any life left! It just means that it’s time…it’s just time for a new lease on life, that’s all! After decades of working, it’s time to take out that old trusty small-block, go through it with some fresh parts and maybe a compression bump, and stuff it back in. 200 horsepower got the job done when it was new, but it’s 2017…let’s get the ball rolling! This Ford is a fantastic example of what can and should be done with every field truck out there…repower and go have a ball at the digs with it!
