I’m out in Somerset, Kentucky, preparing to head out to the dragstrip. Actually, I’m not sure if I’ll be heading out to the dragstrip or to a river with a Christmas Tree in the center of it after last night’s torrential rains, but ever the optimist, I’m giving it one hell of a shot.

In that spirit, here’s a video of a Fairmont getting so high up in the air that it’s dragging the bumper well past the 60′ mark. I have little to no information on this car other than it’s based somewhere close to No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose, Louisiana. I’m betting on a 347/C4 combo from the way the car revs and behaves, but whatever is powering the green Ford, it’s getting the job done.
