(Photos by Mike Brooks) – We’re back with more photos from Lancaster National Dragway’s Sunday Nostalgia meet which took place earlier in the summer. Why are we just running the photos now? Mainly because I am a big idiot but we don’t have time to delve into that topic at this moment because Mike Brooks busted his fanny to take these photos and that’s where the action is!

More of a gathering of hot rods, people, and historic cars hailing from the area than a dedicated drag race, this event drew a ton of participants from all over the greater Buffalo and Toronto areas who came to have fun, honor the past, and show off their stuff. Because Lancaster has been open since 1959, it has seen virtually every twist, turn, and development that the sport has gone through in that time. The cars you will see below represent lots of that stuff and those eras. Tons of show cars and trucks, too!
