Rely on the Best – Mark Williams Enterprises Offers More Options, More Engineering, and More Strength In Their Axles Than Anyone!

Axles are one of the most under appreciated parts of your drivetrain. There’s loads of concern about clutches, transmissions, and gears, but what about the most important part? The pieces that actually take the power to the wheels?! What about them?! The good thing thing is that companies like Mark Williams Enterprises know the importance of matching the right axle to the right job and that is why Mark Williams Enterprises offers more options, more engineering, and more strength in their axles than anyone in the industry.

Literally every axle they sell is custom made to order. They are never sending you “shelf stock” parts. The right materials, flanges, weight, and design are what they deliver to their customers with every order. The axle line up is below. Checkout the offerings and understand that these run the gamut from street machines to the highest horsepower wheel driven cars in the world.

Here’s the full story from Mark Williams Enterprises – Amazing diversity and quality!

Rely on the Best!

We urge you to compare the features, manufacturing quality, and proven reliability of MW axles to any other brand. The quality is obvious. Nobody does it better!

  • Each axle is custom made to size – No gang runs with chopped splines, allowing for optimal spline engagement
  • Every MW axle has true involute hobbed splines for uniform loading and proper mating properties with spools and OEM components
  • MW’s entire axle selection features in-house heat treating
  • All MW axle types have a reduced diameter and taper from the bearing journal to the spline to allow wind-up to occur over a longer area
  • Hi-Torque and MasterLine axles are designed to accept the largest axle bearing diameter possible for your particular housing end, which increases torsional and bending capacity
  • Tapped stud holes (1/2″ or 5/8″) in the pattern of your choice included with each pair of MW axles

Ultimate Hi-Torque
  • Ultimate Hi-Torque axles are forged from premium 300M alloy making possible the 1″ diameter gun drill bore through the entire length of the shaft
  • Extensively milled pocket lightened flanges for additional weight savings
  • Additional machining done behind the MW name plate and revised axle profile produces extreme weight savings
  • Weighs nearly half of standard axle the same size
  • Shot peened to prevent stress-crack propagation
  • Warranted against breakage for 10-years in drag racing applications when used with MW spool (40-spline only)

Superlight Hi-Torque
  • 35 or 40 spline
  • Forged 4340 steel
  • Extensively milled pocket lightened flanges for additional weight savings
  • 7/8″ or 11/16″ gun drill through the entire length of the shaft
  • Shot peen upgrade available
  • Warranted against breakage for 5-years in drag racing applications when used with MW spool

Standard Hi-Torque
  • Standard 35-spline or 40-spline Hi-Torque axles are warranted for 5 years
  • 4340 steel (Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum) forgings
  • Austempered heat treating
  • Available in 28, 30, 31, 35, and 40 splines
  • Dual stud patterns available at no extra charge
  • Many weight-saving and surface finish options available (gun-drilling, pocket lightening, shot peening)

MasterLine
  • Forged from American made steel
  • Double induction hardened in-house for thorough heat-treat
  • 45 mm I.D. bearing journal and thicker flange that can withstand the higher weight and harsher surface conditions
  • Can also be drilled with up to 3 hole patterns (at no additional charge)

Thanks for sharing this post! Mechanical engineering is popular among many of the students I study with! Being a student of the mechanical and automotive engineering sector, I do research and study online more about the last news like this one. Sometimes I get help online from this https://essayontime.com.au/can-i-pay-someone-to-do-my-assignment-in-australia webpage to have more time to practice with the real car engines. Your piece of information related to automotive engineering encourages me for further study and future career development. Thanks!
