(Photos by Bob Chiluk) – While we have been showcasing Charles Wickam images for the last few days at BangShift and we have PLENTY more to share we thought we would show you some photos highlights from one of our other shooters on the scene last weekend, the unsinkable Bob Chiluk. Bob is a Chicago native and Rt 66 is a place he knows like the back of his hand. Bob shot all kinds of stuff around the event from the car show to the action on the track and stuff in the pits. We’ll be running more of his images in the coming days and weeks but consider this his opening salvo from the race.
We had more lenses at this race than ever before with Bob, Dom, Charles, and Greg all blasting away at different parts of the weekend. It was huge fun and we look forward to sharing all of their stuff in time. This was a truly exceptional race and we look forward to making it part of our yearly lap around the country. With the amount of cars, the amount of action, and the amount of craziness on the track we can understand why so many people make it out to the race every year.
