(Photos by Benoit Pigeon) – The second event of the 2015 PDRA season took place at the historic Rockingham Dragway in Rockingham, North Carolina last weekend and it brought out some mammoth performances. Eric Dillard repeatedly ran over 220mph in the eight mile and attendees were entertained by fields of blown, turbocharged, and nitrous door slammers along with a new category called Pro Open Outlaw that was designed for turbocharged and supercharged dragsters as well. It was a ton of three second eighth mile action and the fans at Rockingham, after some crummy weather to get the weekend started were treated to a fun couple of days of racing. The tour moves to Shreveport, Louisiana next.
