At a Street Car Takeover event, like the one in Charlotte, a car like this Galaxie stands out. Not only because it is a big older body style, but because despite it’s size it is running a 5.0 Coyote under the hood that makes 3,000 horsepower. Just 302 cubic inches, making 3,000 horsepower is pretty insane and we love it. It was hard to miss this Galaxie that was racing at Street Car Takeover Charlotte. It’s an absolutely stunning build, with no stone left un-turned. What really stood out to us was that despite being a big heavy car, it wasn’t rocking a big displacement motor.. instead it’s got a 302 cubic inch 5.0L Coyote engine, pumping out over 3,000 crank horsepower. You read that right – three thousand! How cool is that?
