This cool vintage dragster project is going to be something fun, that’s for sure. As simple as it is, there are a lot of steps to making it right and lucky for us we get to see each and every one of them. The Race of Gentleman has spurred a bunch of renewed excitement for traditional hot rod drags both on the dirt and sand, as well as on the dragstrip. They didn’t invent these events, but they have done a great job making them popular and inspiring people to come out and have fun with their hot rods in a way they may never have done before. These cars aren’t “fast” by modern drag racing standards, but they are fun to watch and fun to race! So when we saw that This Old Hot Rod was going to put together his own cool drag car, we were intrigued. After watching the first video, we were even more excited. Now it is time for Part 6 and you are definitely going to want to check it out too.
It’s time to hang finish up the front end and then place the engine, trans, and seat to really get a good look at this thing.
