If there is a track that garners more early season drag racing headlines than Bradenton Motorsports Park in Florida, we have no idea which one that would be. Hell, already the place is generating buzz because Tanner Gray, who will take over the Gray Motorsports NHRA pro stock car next season has been testing there to get licensed and acclimated with the car. The track just blew their own doors off with a highly successful Snowbird Nationals and over the coming weeks you’ll likely be hearing about more and more racers testing at the facility.
The great weather, all concrete surface, and friendly management have made Bradenton the go to spot to get your stuff lined out over the winter. While there are races that will happen between now and the last week in January, they pale in comparison to what happens at Bradenton for the US Street Nationals. This year the race is January 27-29 and it is going to be a barn burner for sure. Last year there was like 50 pro mods on property, there were tons of radial cars, Outlaw 632, Heavy Sreet, Ultra Street, Limited Drag Radial, basically every hot class in the sport of drag racing will be there along with lots of great index racing and fun.
