Video: Watch A ProCharged Pontiac Engine Make 2200+ HP On Steve Morris’s Dyno!

There’s awesome and then there is TOTALLY FRIGGIN’ AWESOME. This video, featuring a 2,200hp dyno pull from a 510ci Pontiac engine equipped with a ProCharger F3 falls in the latter category. This has to be one of the most powerful Pontiac engines on Earth. We know that there are some guys running nitro through Ponchos in funny cars and dragsters but even they’d be hard pressed to make this kind of UMPH! The engine has an aluminum block, Edelbrock Pontiac heads that have been worked on, fuel injection, a bitchin’ sheet metal intake, and every other piece of full tilt kill equipment that Steve Morris could cram into it.

The mill sounds shagnasty and the dyno numbers, which Morris shows at the end of the video prove that this engine is no slouch! We’re taking a wild ass guess that this engine is headed for a drag car of some repute. The good news is that if the car is light enough, it’ll live in the sixes making power like that.

We’ve got no words left, hit the link below and watch one monster Pontiac engine roar to life!
