Once Chad sees this video, he won’t be able to walk around in public for days. This 762ci monster on the dyno at Reher Morrison racing engines belts out 1595hp and 1235 ft/lbs of torque. They pull the big mill to 8,000 RPM and peak power comes at 7,500. Peak torque is made at 5,700 RPM. This engine is most likely powering a top sportsman or top dragster entry somewhere in the country as we write this. We can remember being blown away by engines that were eeking over 500ci in the 1980s and then 600ci became “normal”. Now 800+ cubic inch engines can be had from places like Reher Morrison, Sonny Leonard, Gene Fulton, and others that we’re not even thinking of right now.
This all aluminum engine uses a 4.75″ bore and 5.375″ stroke and is based on a Donovan 5″ bore spacing block with a deck height of over 11-inches! With a sheet metal intake and what we assume are split Dominators on top, this thing is OOGA BOOGA bad ass. The cylinder heads probably flow more than the sewer pipes in front of your house with their massive spread ports and 14-degree valve angle. We’d love to drop the hammer on this thing!
