This is the last big radial tire throw down on the eastern half of the country in 2017 so everyone has their remaining engines, parts, nitrous, and race fuel packed and with them. No one leaves anything on the table here and with a $50,000 payday in RvW and big cash available in every other category, they have no reason to. If you win No Mercy you go into the winter as the baddest dude in the country. If you blow up at No Mercy you go into the winter as one of dozens that will suffer the same fate.
