Safety equipment is only good if you use it properly. And if that safety equipment is a pain, difficult, inconvenient, or uncomfortable then people won’t use it properly. Used improperly safety gear may sometimes be even worse than not having it. I’d prefer to have it. In this video Tim McAmis tells us how his team has improved on the typical window net mounting system. It is dead simple, works great, and is lower profile than the typical seat belt or lever latch style mounts that always seem to find themselves in the wrong place when you are trying to climb out of a race car.
