The first time I saw the RC Sprint Car project I was enthralled. This thing is going to be super rad, not only because it is so big, but also because the scale realism of this thing is pretty legit. It’s really more like a scale Midget, because of the 4-cylinder, but man this thing is cool. I dig it. The tube chassis fabrication is pretty sweet, and the bends are very realistic, as are the “welded” joints. It really does look the part. And it has laser cut 4-link brackets, a solid axle front and rear, and wheels that make it look ready to rip up the dirt.

In this installment the chassis gets more tubing, the shock crossmember gets made, and the engine gets mounts and installed. I’m really excited to see just how fast this sucker will go with the bad ass Toyan L400 4 cylinder at full song. I bet it is a mean little machine when done.
