C10s in The Park Coverage: Over 850 Trucks Packed The Park In Texas – Photos Here

(Photos by Charles Wickam) – We love the stories of events that started as small gatherings and have exploded into massive, nationally known shin-digs. Such is the case with the Brothers Trucks C10s in the Park event which takes place outside of Dallas, Texas each year. Initially started by a group of friends and C10 enthusiasts, entries are now capped at 850 and some of the biggest names in the world of restoration and hot rodding show up and ply their wares to the thousands of people who attend the show.

You will see trucks of all shapes and sizes here. Many, many different years, and looks as well. From frame laying show pieces to medium duty trucks that have been repurposed as cruisers to 1980s dually rigs and on and on and on. C10s are among the hottest segment of the aftermarket these days. From the truly iconic 1967-1972 trucks to the “square body” 1973-1987 examples, people cannot get enough of these cool and practical hot rods.

We’d blabber more, but the photo will do the talking. We’ll be back with more of them tomorrow!

I’m about patina’d out. Enough already! It costs more to make em look bad than to just paint em or leave them alone.
