New Guy: Chuck Whitney Joins RideTech As New Production Manager – Aerospace and Racing Background

If there is one thing we like around here, it is knowing who makes our parts, right? The folks at RideTech understand that as well, that’s why they’ve told the world that Chuck Whitney has joined the company as its new production manager.

This is an awesome fit because Chuck is a racer who has a son that is a national level and multi-time regional quarter midget racing champion. He comes from an aerospace background where precision manufacturing is of paramount importance. Long story short, this guy really has it where it counts.

Knowing where your parts come from is kind of like knowing where your food comes from. When you understand the people, the processes, and the procedures that go into creating it, you have a better appreciation for the product and an better understanding of its quality.

Chuck’s going to keep the RideTech heritage of quality and innovation moving ahead.

Chuck Whitney Named Production Manager for RideTech
RideTech is proud to announce the appointment of Chuck Whitney as Production Manager. In his new role, Chuck will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing and order fulfillment operations at RideTech’s Jasper, Indiana factory.

Chuck brings a wealth of aerospace and racing experience to RideTech. Whitney has worked in manufacturing producing AS9100 parts for Boeing, Airbus, Honeywell, Raytheon, and a host of other major manufacturers.  His extensive racing career includes Crew Chief and Operations Manager roles on numerous Dirt Modified and Sprint Car race teams.

Chuck manages his son, Reed Whitney, who competes in national and regional USAC Quarter Midget tours. With his dad Chuck as crew chief, Reed is a two-time regional champion and a consistent top 5 finisher on the national level.
