The day has finally arrived, the crew is ready, Chad is ready, the parts pile is ready, the Corvette is ready, and some of the most talented people in the aftermarket are assembled in the sleepy town of Jasper, Indiana at RideTech world HQ to tackle the impossible…again. It was a few years ago when a plot was hatched to turn a decent little Camaro into a handling and autocross terror in 48 hours live on screen. The successes of the 48 Hour Camaro have been well documented across the USA at Goodguys autocross events, competitions like LS-Fest, USCA national events, and other gatherings of the pro touring world’s elite.

Since RideTech rolled out an expansive line of Corvette components that cover multiple generations of America’s greatest sports car, it only made sense that when the itch to do the impossible reared up again, a Corvette would be needed to scratch it. Learning from the first build and looking to take this one even further, RideTech and their partners have amassed a veritable WMD stockpile of speed parts and goodies that would take an average guy about a year to install from start to finish…but these aren’t regular guys. We’re talking the best of the best on this thing and like the Camaro you’ll be able to watch it all 100% LIVE below. No camera tricks, no magically completed work, 100% legit thrashing by the best in the business. THIS is gearhead reality TV!

Chad’s your host and the show starts at 8am Eastern!

I couldn’t watch the suspense: how long did it take it to fire? and what was wrong that it wouldn’t start??

Engine fired about 11:30 EDT on the last night. Starter seized. Rental on the video equipment ran out on the 4th day about 3 PM.
Hopefully it’s all done and ready for Austin.
