Headers are a thing that every hot rodder on Earth has bought, aspired to buy, installed, wrestled with, and enjoyed at some point. They are the magic combo of hot rodding in that they are artistic in their look and well-proved in their performance. Hooker BlackHeart C5 Tri-Y Long Tube Headers are designed to be bolted into your Corvette and they are designed to increase performance. Adding a full tubular header that’s also full-length is big time stuff and it really is an indisputable improvement over the cast iron manifolds that were factory shipped on the Corvette.

Holley is pleased to announce the release of Hooker BlackHeart C5 Tri-Y Long Tube Headers. Made from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel for maximum strength and durability and designed specifically for 5.7L C5 Corvettes, they’re available in two versions – one for 1997-2000 C5s and one for 2001-04 models. These full-length headers feature a special Tri-Y design for a broad torque curve and excellent horsepower, are 100-percent hand-welded, and eliminate the need for oxygen-sensor extensions.

They accept stock air-injection manifolds, feature optimized tube geometry and 1-7/8” primary tubes with 3” collectors, come complete with all the necessary fasteners, and are ready to bolt on with no fabrication or modifications. They also feature 3/8” CNC waterjet cut header flanges for strength and to offer the best sealing surface possible.
