Morning Symphony: Binaural Audio Of Historic Screamers At Circuit Paul Ricard

Have you ever listened to one of those audio mixes that are designed to help you relax, or to help you sleep, or calm down, or learn how to weave baskets while underwater? The concept is simple: shut your eyes, listen and let your mind carry you to a different place. It’s a form of meditation, maybe a bit of a hand-holding deal, but effective. My wife has one that talks about the historic places in Ireland. As for me, I’ll have “What’s Going On?” by A Perfect Circle on a soft volume setting and suddenly I’m watching the sun drop below the horizon while sitting, looking out over the airfield in Iraq. And yes, that actually is a welcomed thing…quite calming, actually.
