The talented people at Petrolicious are back with another awesome video, this time taking a look at the three car collection of a guy named Mr. Hans Abrahams who has fallen in love with cars done in the style of 1950s European rallying machines. The film opens up with some rolling footage of his Shelby powered Sunbeam Tiger carving its way through some wooded roads. The car sounds and looks amazing and we’re sure that it is the one most of you will call the BangShiftiest of the group but all three of them are very neat for their own reasons in our opinion anyway.
Like lots of us, Abrahams’ taste was influenced by his dad and the kinds of cars he was into. Said dad lived in England for a large swath of his life and as such his tastes skewed to that direction. Rally racing in Europe was (and to a large degree still is) hugely popular. It was even more popular in the days when relatively stock cars were driven with reckless abandon over sprawling courses of thousands of miles and through various countries along the way. These cars are a tribute to those days and we’d love to hammer on each and every one of them for different reasons. How about you?
Oh…and how awesome does the Tiger sound?!
The Tiger sounds good, but I’ll take the Volvo. I just love the lines of it.
That little Tiger sounds angry!
