Real Micro Machines: The Hot-Rodded Power Wheels Hit The Dirt Track!

There’s something kind of sad about hearing a Power Wheels in action. We’re not sure if it’s the fact that they always sound like an electric drill that’s about ten seconds away from losing all battery power or that they remind us that the electric cars are coming whether we like it or not. Or maybe it was because as a kid, we expected more than five miles per hour when we shifted into high gear. Whatever the case, there’s something so satisfying about seeing these plastic replicas re-purposed and re-powered with motorcycle engines and treated more like what the inner child was really hoping for!

We’ve shown you plenty on the Barbie Mustang that can rip it’s rear tires off at a whim and the “Senderella” Jeep with full suspension. Both of those machines utilize Honda power to get things moving. The Porsche utilizes the engine from a KTM 450 for grunt. Three radical little go-karts…one dirt track…this had to be a hell of an afternoon! Check out how it went below…and sorry, Ethan, you got robbed. Badly.
