If there are things that we can hold as ultimate truths in this life, they center around, taxes, weather, and the fact that RideTech literally will always have an awesome car in the build process. The company that has churned out some of the neatest pro touring style builds in the last 20 years has another hot one on the way and this time it is personal…literally. The car that you are about to check out is being built for Sharon Voelkel, the woman who co-founded RideTech with Brett. She invested her blood, sweat, and tears, to build the business just like she did and she is an enthusiast just like he is as well which makes this all doubly as cool.
The car is awesome. A tastefully done 1967 Chevelle with a full brace of RideTech suspension under it, some really nice and subtle design touches on the exterior, and an LS engine plugged into the engine bay. The intake ducting alone on this car (shown below) is so awesome that it should give you a sense of what the overall quality of this car is going to be.
At the link there’s video, there are photos, and there’s a fully laid out update by Andy Voelkel, Brett and Sharon’s son. Like we said, this is truly a family affair!
The red Cadillac with the tag axle and only rear doors got ten comments and this, none. I guess you can take that as a compliment!
Sweet, I love this car.
