So we have been showing you a lot of these track listings lately and as it turns out people like finding them here. They like finding them so much that we have to sometimes take them down after the seller gets inundated with phone calls from people wanting to buy their property! This one may set a new national record for phone calls because of the asking price, which is below the number that many people in America spend on their home!
We’ve been to this one, too. Spud Speedway is located in Caribou, Maine, which is all the way up at the top of the state by Loring where the Loring Timing Association runs their standing mile land speed races. In the couple of times we have gone up to Loring, we caught an evening of action at Spud Speedway on each trip.
The track is little, for sure and it is in a farming community, but there’s loads of potential here. The racing seasons that far north are shorter but the competition is hardcore. You have plenty of Canadian runners who come over the border to compete as well.
This is a fully functional racing facility for $275,000. What else do you need to know?!

The track is in great shape, has brand new bleachers that were done last summer, has two beautiful kitchen/concession areas, multiple storage buildings, a large parking and camping area, as well as a Kart Track.
The track draws a healthy mix of American and Canadian racers and spectators each year. In the past, the facility has held events featuring Super Late Models, Street Stocks, Pro Stocks, Open Wheels, Enduros and Modifieds. The facility has also held major concerts, carnivals, monster truck shows, truck pulls and sled races.
