USCA Daytona Gallery: Big Fun On The Tall Banks Of A Legendary American Racetrack – Pro Touring Gets Real

(Photos by Mike Mendenhall/RideTech) – If the Ultimate Street Car Series has proven one thing thus far on the 2014 tour, it is that pro touring is not longer some sort of passing thing that was nothing more than bolting on some wheels to your car and telling everyone that it handled. Nope, when you have a group of cars like the ones you will see below hammering the road course at Daytona International Speedway, you are talking about absolute real deal iron that’s well engineered, well sorted, and well equipped for the task at hand. This photo gallery features many cool photos of the scene on Friday at the Daytona event where tech is handled and racers participate in a cruise, this time to the beach, in their cars. The cruise is there to show that the cars are legit street runners that can survive potholes and other issues without major incident. Newsflash: They all did.

The RideTech boys sent us a couple of awesome collections of photos to share with you so we’re going to do just that. Hit the button below to enjoy the first of a few galleries we are going to have centered around the awesome USCA event at Daytona International Speedway.
