I love the fact that back in the day the differences between “big rigs”, heavy duty trucks, and regular trucks was sometimes not much when talking about the body, but was mostly about the chassis and sometimes fenders. Other than the giant wheels and tires and the clearanced wheel wells, this truck is pretty much like Ford would have built it in terms of the body.
