When Michael Sobota submitted a tip for us to check out this 1990 Dodge, we had no idea what we were in for until clicking the link but man was it worth it. We’ve seen A LOT of different kinds of trucks, but this square body Dodge is crazy because of the fact that it is actually two noses, and no bed. It pains me slightly to say that this thing is done well, but for what it is it seems to have been fairly well built.
But what could possibly motivate someone to build something like this? Well, we’d love to tell you, but we can’t. Not because we’re playing tricks, but rather because the Craigslist ad doesn’t say much about the truck at all. So your guess is as good as ours.
What we can tell you is that it is a 1990 Dodge Ram 150 LE 4×4. It is powered by a 318 and it is Sublime Green. Here is all that the ad says.
“Where do I start? 2 HEADED RAM!! This truck is awesome!! Dodge Ram 318 V8 auto 4×4. Sublime Green, custom paint and interior.. Nice wheels and tires”
We like the lift, like the tire and wheel combo okay, but the interior is a bit bright for us. The “rear” doors open suicide style when compared to the actual direction of the truck, and the bench seat is mounted “backwards” so that the passengers are aiming in the right direction during normal driving. The rear hood opens to storage, but with the lift and all it seems like a difficult place to put the groceries for the ride home.
So it’s not practical, but it is cool. Hey, this is not the first vehicle we’ve put on BANGshift that isn’t very practical.

I like it! That being said, I would not own it. Somebody put a lot of hours on this and everything I can see says attention to detail. Very well done, quality work.

Its been done well and you even get a lockable luggage bay where the second hood is. Much too nice for clowns who usually drive Chevys….
Why would anyone use time and money to build stupid shit like this. If he would have used the same time and build a truck worth looking at, the World would have one more Nice hotrod. Now we have a stupid ass clown car instead that Nobody wants to own.
Making the back “grille” fold down like a tailgate might solve the cargo loading problems. The wheels might not be my style, but I’d love to commute in that thing just to see everyone panic when they spot the front end of a big old pickup pointed their way on the Interstate.
