Hennessey Performance Introduces The Hennessey Goliath – LT4 Power, Crazy Performance, 6×6 Option

(By Tom Lohnes) – Hennessey performance, a Texas-based performance company, has made many crazy cars. From the 270 mile-per-hour Venom GT to a 1,000 horsepower Cadillac Escalade, they make everything under the sun a lot faster. But, as of now, they’ve only built up Ford trucks and sold them for insane prices. Enter the Hennessey Goliath.

The Hennessey Goliath and its 6X6 cousin are very absurdly fast and expensive trucks. With the LT4 pulled straight out of a Camaro ZL1 or Cadillac CTS-V powering the GMC Sierra 1500 body and frame, the Non-6X6 Goliath can hit 60 in 4.6 seconds, and the 6-wheeled version taking slightly longer, at 4.8. The normal goliath is based off of the aforementioned GMC Sierra 1500, but the high-riding, High-dollar, highly insane Goliath 6X6 is based off of the Chevy Silverado 1500, for whatever reason. The interior in the goliath is heavily upgraded compared to the normal version of the trucks, with quilted leather, high quality materials, and real wood everywhere. On the outside, the trucks are lifted, fitted with giant tires, an in-your-face matte black body kit, and the beautiful noise of a tuned LT4.

How much do these cost? Um, well…, $300,000 for the kit, and another $70,000 for the truck. Is that a good waste of money? Well, that’s your choice
