Dually Noted: Check Out This 1951 Dodge Flatbed With A Turbocharged 360 Running A Dirt Track and Dominating A Burnout Contest

There will soon come a day when people are just given a YouTube channel at birth and we’ll always look back on these quaint days when people had to make their own with wistful eyes. Hey look, we dig the fact that anyone with a phone and an idea can share it with the world. We’d never know the existence of a 1951 Dodge packing a turbocharged 360ci engine, a stick, and dual rear tires. Oh, it also has the OG 1951 flatbed on it with the as-delivered wood decking. The truck was built by a shop called Fed Up Fabrications and it is also the star of their YouTube channel.

In this video we see the truck in action at an event called the Hillbilly Ruckus and not only does it look cool, the truck proves itself to be really functional when driven hard and slid around a dirt track! The helmet cam view of the action is neat because you can tell the glacially slow steering ratio come into play as the driver saws the wheel.

The burnout program later in the vide is an insane torture test which has some, well, explosive results. Neat stuff here, give it a watch!
