(By Jason Mazzotta) – Burnouts, fire, superchargers, donuts, and noise are everything car fanatics love and this video has it all in one crazed package known as BLWNLUX. Brett Battersby of Australia owns and abuses the 1987 Toyota Hilux in the Australian burnout contests. In this video he shows the tires and competition no mercy as he obliterates the big mud meats on the back of the truck.
The Toyota is powered by a blown 540 big block Chevy clearly making plenty of horsepower and Battersby uses it violently by immediately filling the burnout area with enough smoke to make the lifted truck disappear. The cloud of smoke hangs in place and looks as though it won’t be dissipating any time soon as you can hear Battersby isn’t letting up and the big Chevy is really starting to work.
Battersby finally emerges from the smoke only because the tires are gone from underneath him. Sparks flying off the wheels, and flames spitting out of the pipes creates a scene that no American burnout contest that we know of can match in this day and age.
As he is pedaling his way to the exit he is creating a flame show that is only topped by completing shredding the flat tire completely off the rim sending sparks everywhere. This is a awesome burnout from the BLWNLUX that would be hard to be topped by any of his competitors.
