If you likes some good old fashion screaming diesel power than look no further than this video. 2017 Ultimate Call Out champion Lavon Miller absolutely punishing the daylights out of the dyno rollers in the truck he drove to the championship. This rig made 2,399hp to the wheels on the dyno and they were actually DISAPPOINTED in that number. This thing has an appetite for ether as it gets about a full can of the sauce sprayed into the engine before it lights off on its own and really roars to life.
The Ultimate Call Out Challenge is about the craziest diesel competition for pickup trucks on the planet. There are very few rules and restrictions and competitors have to drag race, dyno, and sled pull over the course of the deal. This year the event was held at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis. They drew thousands of spectators each day to see these trucks punish themselves and whatever equipment that they were strapped to.
Trucks from all over North America came to compete at the event and it served as further proof about the ever expanding popularity of diesel performance in these times. The OEMs provide one hell of a platform to hot rod off of and the most extreme and hard working rigs are at UCC each year proving that the love of beefy axles, transmissions, and compression ignition runs deep!
