We were tipped off to an AMC auction going down at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in early April as part of a larger weekend automotive auction. This is the collection of a man named Steve Green. The note we saw came from our blogging brethren over at CarDomain.com.
We followed a link to the website of Tom Mack Classics, the company running the auction. There are over 50 AMCs hitting the block and they all appear to be in pristine condition. Everything from Matadors, to a Rebel Machine, to several AMXs will be sold along with Gremlins, Pacers, Hornets, Concords, and others.
Strangely there are no ex-dirt-track racing Javelins on the block.
