Auto Trader Classics Find: A ’29 Model A That’s Neat as a Pin

Ever look at a car and just think, “That’s nice.” If you have than you’ll completely undertand our reaction to seeing this sweet little 1929 Model A for sale on AutoTraderClassics.com. Bonus points come from the Ford mill, steel body, and unchopped roof. The wheel/tire combo and fit is top shelf as well.

Call us weridos, but we enjoy seeing these cars with all of their tall topside intact. It is virtually a given that every car show will have several Model As with their tops chopped, and while that looks racy and cool, there’s room for classic styling as well.

As we mentioned this is a Ford powered Ford. We’re thinking that the car would be a fun driver. With independent suspension up front and four-link rear tied down with a 1″ diameter sway bar it would be autocross ahoy for us!

This is a car that pushes our buttons because is appears to be very well done without being so crazy that it wasn’t actually meant to be driven. The interior is nice, and again, classy but not over the top gaudy. We’d roll this mother in a heartbeat.

There are timeless looks in hot rodding and in our opinion, the five-window Ford coupe is right there at the top.
