Auto Trader Classics Find: A Super Cool 1958 Chevy Apache Kustom

Auto Trader Classics Find: A Super Cool 1958 Chevy Apache Kustom

Kustoms tend to split people right down the middle of love and hate. We’re not particularly cultured in the tastes and trends of todays kustom realm, but this truck really turns our crank. Done in a style that we believe is pretty indicative of the early 1960s, this truck is rad.

There’s an air suspension that allows the truck to lay right on the ground, the roof has a subtle chop, the paint is totally gorgeous, and the smoothing of some normally sharp creases in the body really makes this truck a looker. The engine is a belly button 350, but that’s not really part of the program when it comes to a kustom like this Apache, it is all about the exterior styling of the truck.

We find lots of these type of vehicles to be garish and frankly pretty ugly, but not this truck. It punches all the right buttons in our gearhead soul and we’d be more than delighted to roll it into any car show or cruise night around!
