Breaking News! Larry Larson’s Drag Week Nova Goes Even Quicker: 6.96 at 210!

On Thursday night we reported that Larry Larson in his Hot Rod Drag Week winning 1966 Chevy Nova ran a best-ever et of 6.99 at the Pacific Street Car Association race in Las Vegas. Now, at 10:30 PST Saturday morning, he went even quicker and faster, with a 6.96 at 210 mph! We think that’s his biggest mph number ever. The only thing that has changed from his street-legal, 1,000-mile-proven Drag Week trim is the rear tires!

It looks like Larson and engine builder Mike Moran are totally owning the street-legal, truly street driven world right now.

BangShift Chad is at the Las Vegas race right now shooting photos and video, so stay tuned for even more news and more action at BangShift.com during the weekend.
