Ace Ventura, played by Jim Carrey, is known for some really stupid, but funny, lines, but he’s also known by car guys for his amazing ability to park a car. In the first Ace Ventura movie it was his ugly but great Monte Carlo, but in this one it’s a great parking job with a Range Rover. Of course the Rolls Royce parked next to it makes things that much better. Oh, and the song is pretty funny too.

“Like a Glove!”
Said thing is they call it a “funny song” not having a clue where it came from.
I hate to be all pernickety but that’s an 88″ Series IIA Land Rover not a Range Rover.
One of my favorite scenes ever. That and in the first movie when he takes the Monte through the park and rolls it, then fires it right back up and hits the road.
I no longer care about Jim Carrey or will see any of his movies since the idiot doesn’t believe in the Second Amendment.
He is Canadian, so in general I’d expect his political belief’s to line up more with Canada’s, so no surprise there. I do generally enjoy his comedy though.
And Chad was criticizing Brian’s song choices in the last PowerShift??
Probably gonna lose but . . . “Oh you, Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang . . . We love you!”
Besides, Sally Ann Howes was Truly Scrumptious (to my eight-year-old sensibilities, back in the day).
I mean Ian “James Bond” Fleming wrote the charming story. Racing legend Alan Mann built the car . . . Dick Van Dyke told the jokes . . . what’s not to love?
Jim Carrey . . . he’s dead to me. What a putz!
Wait . . . I just noticed this isn’t a “Celebrity Car Death Match” . . . Never mind . . . Man, Sally Ann Howes was HOT! GO Chitty!
