BangShifter Randal has recently been bitten by the straight six bug. His mill of choice is the cool 1960s Pontiac OHC six. Having already taken on into his basement lab and blasted it apart, Randal found a screaming deal on a desirable “Sprint” version of the engine which came with a factory 4bbl carb and better cam amongst other parts.
The truly interesting part of Randal’s deal is how he gets these engines into his basement. Using technology stolen from the ancient Egyptians, and techniques adapted from Appalachia, he manages to wrangle these several hundred pound lumps of pig iron down a set of stairs into his basement skunk works.
We honestly didn’t know he rode ’em down, but this is photographic proof!
