First Drive Since The 1950s!!! – Iron Trap Takes The Schroll 1932 Ford Coupe Out For A Ride

Dude! Wouldn’t you love to take a ride in this killer ’32 Ford Coupe? You won’t see one very often that hasn’t been chopped, so this one is pretty unique. It’s channeled, an actual old school build, and has such great history.

If I were building a channeled hot rod ’32, there is a lot I would do from this one here. I do think I’d want some chop, but otherwise this thing really sits right, looks right, and just screams hot rod. I wonder how cheap someone could build something like this? I know a steel ’32 Ford isn’t cheap, but I bet you could do this with something else too. I guess we need to start hunting.

Video Description:

In Early 2020 we purchased this 1932 Ford Coupe from the estate of Larry Schroll. Larry purchased the car around 1962, as a project with no engine or transmission. Over the 50 years of ownership Larry installed an Oldsmobile J2 engine and never finished the car. In the last year Matt has been working on the coupe heavily to get it back on the road. In today’s video Matt and Steve finish up some punch list items and take the Schroll Coupe out for the first test drive!!!
