Turning This Old Farm Truck into a Killer Street Machine Using Scrapyard Ford Parts! Bumpside Ford Goodness!

I love donor vehicle builds like this one. What I mean by that is when you buy a car, or parts from the wrecking yard, to build something new and exciting in a way it never was before. My 1956 Chevy station wagon for instance, has a 1994 Caprice 9C1 cop car chassis and drivetrain under it. It was a great way to get a modern efi drivetrain, plus big brakes and much better suspension, all while repairing the rusty floors. We used everything we could out of the donor cop car and it worked out great. In the video below, Tony is going to take suspension from a Crowne Vic and a Mustang, along with a nice stroker small block to make something cool as hell out of this old farm truck.

Check it out and let us know what you think. And remember, while the aftermarket is awesome you can sometimes get just what you need at the wrecking yard if you are on a budget. Keep that in mind for your next build, because money saved on one project is money you can use for fancy high end parts on another!
