We were tipped off to some awesome aerial photography from the 2010 NHRA O’Reilly Spring Nationals, held in Houston, Texas, and had to share. The race was held a few weeks back but this is the first we’ve seen or heard of these photos. To see the size and scope of this event from the sky is really something. There were LOTS of people there.

While the selection of cars will never be as cool as the vintage shots of spectator parking lots at old NHRA events, these photos are cool in their own right.  We’re wondering if they could hear the fuelers all the way up there!
