The Polar ice caps are awful places to spend time. Not that we’ve actually done it, but since we managed to pass fifth grade geography (on the third try no less) we know that the weather is horrific, the conditions are suitable only for polar bears and the only numbskulls who hang out there are scientists. We then learned about some awesome trucks that are used to transport and support the previously mentioned numbskulls from a tip by BangShift.com reader Jeremy George and we want to get up (or down) there to cruise this junk!

There’s plenty of werido stuff like large converted buses, modified vans, pickups, and even a few scratch built vehicles designed to survivie the harsh elements. The good news is that rust from road salt would not be a concern, and hitting someone else driving would be a minimal risk as well.
