One of the things I torture myself with each year before SEMA is looking at Craigslist ads in the Las Vegas area to see all of the cool stuff that is for sale and could be brought home from SEMA. I am not the only one to do this because Powermaster’s Brady Basner sent me a note with this Craigslist link I have set up below. The link will take you to an ad for a guy selling a collection of GM project cars. In the collection are a couple of cool Internationals as well. One is a aluminum bodied box truck and the other is a cool old International Metro van. While those may be cool to a freak like me, most of you will probably be more into the stuff like Wagons, muscle cars, and the patina perfect truck in the lead photo. This guy does have some cool stuff and while little (or none) of it could be driven home from SEMA we can dream, right?
We’re not going to blab on about this, just click the link and see what this seller has to offer. If I hit it big on the penny slots next week, I will let YOU choose which of these I’m buying. Any hints?
This would be the perfect time to slut out my Mustang but if you’re gambling I imagine you’ll be pawning your plane ticket & hitch-hiking home.
Other than the box van which could still be turned into something cool hes got some great stuff. For us in the northeast its the way to go with getting a new project. I think the orange Nova could be driven home, create your own roadkill episode!
I like that black Nova. And, the ’58 Impala. And the Pickup. And…..
this stuff is off the potential meter,
The orange Nova or blue C-10 look the most complete and easiest to get running, and have a Roadkill style roadtrip in, but the Chevelle/Malibu 300 with the gumball light on top has my vote, if that is a real ex-cop car. The car looks like it is missing engine/trans and prolly a big chunk of the interior, but…but… gumball light!
Cool stuff but the wife has ta be pleased.
Can’t go wrong with the Lemans.
1955 Chevrolet got my vote.
It’d have to be the International or that delivery truck. I don’t know if you niticed, but the rest of them were, Uh, GM products. Who’d want them?
Have seen his ads before, as I also live in LV His pricing seemed a bit… OK a LOT optimistic. Never hurts to ask though. He has a bunch of fun stuff
I’d be on either one of those Novas or the red mid 60’s Chevy truck like a fat kid on a ham sandwich…
