We Found Something We WOULD NOT LS SWAP!!! We Have Much Better Plans For This One!

When our boy Rocco sent us this Craigslist Find, we were immediately in love. Maybe it is because we love little GM cars. Maybe it’s because this one has a cool Pontiac beak out front. Maybe it’s because it is orange. Whatever the reason, we were especially excited when we found out it came with a 3.8 Liter V6. This 1976 Pontiac Sunbird is a first year model, has only 97,000 miles on it and was bought from the original owner. But what would we do with it if we aren’t going to do an LS Swap?

Well, if it was ours we would put a build 3.8 L in it and turbo the thing all Grand National style. In this lightweight car you could make one hell of a killer combo out of this one. What do you think?

Here is all the info from the seller: CLICK HERE TO SEE THE ORIGINAL AD

1976 Pontiac Sunfire RWD 90k original miles. Purchased from original owner. has 3.8 V6 (same motor as Grand National) 5spd manual transmission. Clutch releases right off the floor I was told it was replaced 8yrs ago but only 2k miles put on since replaced. Keystone Rims and newer tires. All gauges, lights, electrical and mechanical items are in working order. My plan was to LS swap it and turn it into a drift car but I have too many projects. Also have 5.3 LS to throw in if interested. $4700 obo

I had a ’75 Monza TownCoupe in ’75 (mini Monte Carlo look, 350 2bbl., orange too), liked it, was lookin’ for another when I got my MGB.

My dad’s friend has a fast back Sunbird. I’ve always wanted to grab it and give it a black and gold SE treatment with a turbo 301

What – you wouldn’t LS swap this car?

It seems that tiny parts of your Shitrolet-polluted brains are still functioning!
