Crazy Hemi Powered ‘Vette Hits EBay: Does EBay Hit Back?

The guys over at the CarDomain blog found this kick ass, blown-Hemi powered 1966 Corvette for sale on eBay. The car is a wild piece with a crazy paint job, wild body work, and oh yeah, the 331ci blown Hemi engine. We want this thing…bad.

According to the seller, the car was built in the early 1970s in Texas by a man named Chuck Caddell. Chuck was our kind of guy. Nothing seems to have been spared on the build and he achieved the desired effect: complete sensory overload.

We’re wondering what the contraption is that’s bolted to the top of the blower is. Some part of us thinks that it may be some type of cooler to chill the incoming air. Obviously, these are normally placed below the blower when the air is hot exiting the compressor, but we can’t come up with a better explanation at this point so we’re sticking with that.

Someone really needs to buy this and give us rides.
