eBay Fail of the Week: We’re at a Loss On This One

Where do we begin on this one? Back in 1980, this El Camino left the factory a gleaming example of Chevrolet success. Someone bought it brand new and it was their pride and joy. Then it must have changed hands until it landed into the mitts of someone looking to build the most mullet-tacular Elky of all time.

Third-Gen Camaro nose? Check. Wildly stretched frame with an additional axle? Check. Charger Daytona style wing? Check. Ferrari Testarossa air diffusers on the doors? You betcha. Located in Kentucky? C’amon, where else could it be?!

The owner said that this car is his daily driver and that makes us smile. Manuvering this monster around, say, a drive through ATM, store parking lot, or fast food drive through would require the skill and guile of a transit bus driver. Luckily, this guy seems to possess ample amounts of both.

There are downsides of course. The seller says that the carb “isn’t very good.” The auction is over, but man this is worth a look.

The El Camino of your dreams is a click away
