This simply has to be the lowest original mileage 1970 Chevy C-10 on the planet. Pulled out of a barn in Kansas, the seller came to own it after getting it from the estate of a man who passed away. The truck was purchased new, driven 79.6 miles, and parked in a shed, never to be moved again. Not only does the truck look amazing, it runs fine as well.
The truck is a 2WD long bed example powered by a 350 that is topped with a 4bbl carb and backed with a Turbo 350 transmission. It looks like it was intended to be a ranch or farm truck as it is basically a stripper model that was ordered with a heavy duty rear bumper that was never installed, but is with the truck.
When the truck was located it had been sitting for decades and the finders were not going to get it running, instead they were going to just clean it up and sell it. Gearhead natural instincts took over and the guys did the work and got the truck started and drove it around to the tune of a half mile, kicking the odometer from 79.6 miles to 80 miles. It was parked and now it can be yours for more than $25,000 (that’s the current bid at this writing, which is not at the reserve).
Thanks to Greg Rourke for the tip on this amazing truck!
